P-Conceptuals

P-Conceptuals is the series that perhaps best reflects my current world as a person and as an artist. I try to build on my own realisations and create designs that bring a life situation I have already worked through to a fitting close. I deliberately don’t say more about them, because I’m happy when you find your own story in them.

ORNX

Ornamental

I believe a tattoo can be a piece of jewellery for life: it highlights any part of the body and adorns it forever. That is what the ornamental designs are.

Some tattoos your parents are going to hate… don’t worry, not you, just me. But it’ll be fun, I promise.

Maybe you feel the same: you have an idea, but you can’t quite explain it.

And that’s completely fine.

A few words about me

You don’t need to know what it should look like. It’s enough to know what it means.

Most people come to me saying: “I have an idea, but I can’t explain it.” That’s completely fine. Bring a memory, a feeling, a few words or even a messy thought. Putting it all together is my job.

Over 8 years, countless stories have turned into designs, and I’ve learned to filter out what is truly yours. I also make sure the design doesn’t just mean something, but is beautiful too, and still looks good on your skin years from now.

You tell. I design.

Conceptual

The design starts from a thought or a feeling. The essence of the work is the idea itself.

Abstract

Axes, circles and intersections often hold the design together. Other times, out-of-proportion shapes and lines scribbled with childlike simplicity complement realistic elements.

Microrealism

Tiny, photo-like details.

FAQ

Good to know

Do you take new clients?

Yes! Because of Instagram, many people think I don’t, but anyone can book. I usually have free dates for the next month.

I don’t have a design, just a vague idea. Is that enough?

More than enough. Most of my work starts this way. You tell, I ask, and after the consultation I draw what takes shape from your story.

How much does a custom tattoo cost?

I give you a quote after the consultation, based on size, level of detail and placement. Flash designs have a fixed price, shown under each one.

Flash design or a custom design?

There is no real difference between flash designs and designs made for you. Some people connect easily with a picture they see. Others prefer a design that contains exactly the elements that come to their mind. Many of my clients start with a flash design and then we move on to a bigger, more personal project — and sometimes it’s the other way round.

Can a flash design be changed?

No, flash designs can’t be changed. But if one inspires you and you’d like something similar with different elements, or fine-tuned to your own ideas, feel free to use it as inspiration — just choose the custom design option when you book.

It would be my first tattoo. Where do I start?

Think it over, then write down what you’d like. Browse my flash designs and finished work — it helps you figure out what you really like. From the consultation until the tattoo is finished (which for me includes the healing period), I’m with you and help in any way I can.

How long does healing take?

The surface usually heals in 2–3 weeks; full skin regeneration takes 4–6 weeks. I’ll give you detailed aftercare instructions.
